לקוח חיכה לטכנאי וזה לא הגיע. כשדרש פיצוי של 600 שקל מ-HOT על פי חוק, נענה בתחילה בחיוב ואז סירבו לפצותו. גם אחרי שעות על הקו עם החברה, לטענתו, לא הצליח לקבל שירות כלבבו. HOT: "לאחר בדיקת המקרה, הלקוח יפוצה בגין אי הגעת טכנאי על-פי חוק"

קפקא לא יכול היה להמציא השתלשלות יותר מייאשת: נציג חברה העובדת עם HOT אסף 3 ממירים מביתה של אורה. בכל זאת התקשרו מחברת גבייה לטעון שהחזירה רק 2 ממירים. למרות ששלחה הוכחה, המקרה הועבר למשרד עורכי-דין שדרש 582 שקל. HOT: "בשל טעות אחד הממירים לא הוסר מהמנוי"

Israel's nuclear capabilities
While Israel is one of the loudest voices calling for a tougher line on Iran's nuclear programme, its own nuclear capability has never been put to inspection.

Israel has two nuclear research centres - at Dimona and Soreq. The latest estimates suggest that Israel has produced at least 118 warheads with weapons grade plutonium.

The Jericho ballistic missiles are capable of carrying such weapons. 

The Jericho One, which is now obsolete, had a range of 500 kilometres, and could carry a 20 kiloton nuclear warhead - 20 times more powerful than the US bomb dropped on Hiroshima in 1945. 

The Jericho Two has a range of 1500 kilometres. It could just reach Iran - and is believed to be able to carry a one megaton nuclear bomb, which is 1,000 times more powerful than the Hiroshima bomb.

It is believed a Jericho Three missile is now being developed - that will be able to travel around 5,000 kilometres, bringing all of Iran and Europe into its range.

RAND researchers present an overview of their key findings on hypersonic missiles — a new class of military threat capable of maneuvering and flying faster than 5,000 kilometers per hour. 


Richard Speier, George Nacouzi, Rich Moore, and 2015–2016 Stanton Nuclear Fellow Carrie Lee describe how speed and maneuverability enable such missiles to penetrate most missile defenses, and further compress the timelines for a response by a nation under attack.


This research, sponsored by the Carnegie Corporation of New York for its project Disruptive Technologies and the Future of Deterrence, suggests that there is probably less than a decade available to substantially hinder the potential proliferation of hypersonic missiles and associated technologies.

Multiple countries have the ability to send destructive payloads around the world using intercontinental ballistic missiles, otherwise known as ICBMs. These are the 4 missiles that can travel the farthest: Israel's Jericho 3, Russia's RS-26 Rubezh, the USA's LGM-30 Minuteman III, and China's Dongfeng 41.

Russia carried out a successful test of its RS-28 Sarmt nuclear missile as part of Zapad-2017 on Thursday night, the country’s defense ministry said.

The exercise, known as Zapad-2017, is the latest iteration of a series of training maneuvers that began under the Soviet Union in the 1970s. After a long break following the collapse of communism, Zapad was revived in 1999 and then was expanded after Vladimir Putin became president at the end of that year.


Zapad, "west" in Russian, used to include military forces from countries under the Warsaw Pact, the Soviet-led military alliance whose non-Soviet members have now all joined Nato. Today, the military exercise has shrunk to just two participants — Russia and Belarus — but it is still viewed warily by military planners in the West.


It has been developed by Russian missile design company the Makeyev Design Bureau.

NAMING & NEED

The RS-28 Sarmat is due to replace Soviet R-36M missiles which Nato experts nicknamed “Satan” meaning the devil.

The R-36M was viewed by US analysts as giving the Soviet Union first strike advantage over the US.

“Satan 2” is the name given to its more deadly replacement that is the RS-28 Sarmat.


Sarmat is being designed specifically to penetrate any current or future BMD system. 
It is Russia’s answer to this strategic problem, and will enable Russia to maintain the nuclear deterrence vis-à-vis United States and NATO.
According to Russia’s military, “‘It can beat any defenses’ and wipe out entire countries “.


PRODUCTION & DEPLOYMENT


At the end of June 2015, it was reported that the production schedule for the first prototype of the Sarmat was slipping. The RS-28 Sarmat was expected to become operational in 2016.

On 10 August 2016, Russia successfully tested the RS-28's first-stage engine named PDU-99 .The first image of this new missile was declassified and unveiled in October 2016.

In May last year it was reported that the production process had been accelerated and that the missiles would make up 100% of Russia's fixed land-based nuclear arsenal by 2021.

PROPELLANT/SPEED/WEIGHT

Sarmat uses Liquid Propellant the exact nature of which is classified.
The missile has a speed of over Mach 20.7 .It weigh in at a massive 100 tons, making it the heaviest missile in the world. To give viewers a perspective, the US land based strategic missile LGM-30 Minuteman 3, has a weight of 35 tons approximately.



WARHEADS


Speaking to Radio Sputnik, Alexei Leonov a military expert and commercial director of “Arsenal of the Fatherland” magazine provide insight about the missile.

The military expert emphasized that Sarmat will serve as a reliable deterrent. Leonkov highlighted the particular interest of the US and European mainstream media towards the Russian missile, which was dubbed the "devil in disguise", "Satan" and "weapons of nuclear hell."

Leonov said, “Let them call it what they want. The [Sarmat] missile system which is about to enter into service is a fifth generation system. Its characteristics are so impressive that our opponents have reason to be afraid of it. According to some estimates, the missile's striking range is up to 18,000 kilometers [11,184.6 miles]. It also has a large number of divided parts, from 10 to 15 warheads, each with a capacity of up to 750 kilotons. They will fly to their target at hypersonic speeds performing maneuvers so that the existing American missile defense system would be incapable of intercepting them”. 

Little Boy atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima had a yield of 15 kt of TNT. Samrat’s cumulative explosive power will be 15 warheads multiply by 750 kt that is around 11,000 kt of TNT

The Russian news outlet Sputnik reported in May that an RS-28 rocket is “capable of wiping out parts of the Earth the size of France or Texas”. And by the these figures its seems that the analysis is correct. 

Leonov expressed his confidence that the Krasnoyarsk Machine-Building Plant will hit its deadline and Sarmat will enter service on schedule.



HIGHLY PROTECTED

Land Based missiles are vulnerable to preemptive strikes and hence Russian experts are going great lengths to shield it.
The Sarmat’s silos will be protected by active protection measures including 100 guns capable of firing a metallic cloud of 40,000 30 mm bullets to an altitude of up to 6 km. The Russians are also planning to protect the Sarmat with their new S-500 air defense systems. 

S-500 system can detect incoming ballistic missiles or aircrafts at a range of 2000 km. It designed to intercept them at a range of 500-600 km.


Finally, the missile's preparation to launch is under 60 seconds utilizing a highly automated launch system. All in, the Sarmat will be the best protected silo-based intercontinental ballistic missile ever put into service worldwide.

The Jericho III is the first Israeli Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM). It is a further development of the Jericho I Short-Range Ballistic Missile (SRBM) and Jericho II Medium-Range Ballistic Missile (MRBM). It is also believed to share technology with the Shavit space launch vehicle.

   The Jericho III is known to be 15.5 m in length and 1.56 m in diameter, and is estimated to wegh 30 000 kg. While the Jericho I and Jericho II are both uniformly cylindrical in shape, the Jericho III's first and second stages are very different in diameter. Both the first and second stage have small fins for drag stabilization, and possibly for maneuvering purposes.

   It employs inertial guidance, while the final stage with the warhead is radar-guided. The warhead is not believed to be particularly accurate compared to those of the ICBMs employed by the superpowers, with an estimated CEP of 1 000 m.

   The range of the Jericho III is substantial, encompassing the entirety of the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, and most of North America, South America, and North Oceania. As such, the Jericho III enables the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to launch a nuclear warhead into almost any location on Earth. At relatively closer-range targets, the reentry velocity is such that the Jericho III is believed to be largely immune to all operational missile defense systems.

   The warhead of this missile is estimated to weigh 1 000 kg, and conventional, biological, chemical, and nuclear warheads are believed to exist, though the full range of warhead options are impossible to confirm due to the secretive nature of the IDF missile command. Some sources report, that yield of the Jericho III's nuclear warhead is approximately 20 kT. Though a yield this small by modern ICBM standard, it is arguably capable of causing significant damage to a modern battlefield or city. It is sufficient for the purpose of a nuclear deterrent.

   The Jericho III is known to be silo-based, though some sources claim that it may have a road-mobile version. The land-based silos are claimed to be virtually invulnerable to nuclear attack.

   Though it entered service in 2008, the Jericho III was not declared operational until 2011. The first test launch is believed to have occurred in January 2008, with a motor test in the following February. Several additional test launches have been reported, including one in July of 2013. In 2011 an upgraded version of the Jericho III was tested. The success rate of the Jericho III in both launching and guidance is unknown.

   The cost and numbers of the Jericho III are classified, though it is likely that the development costs associated with this missile have precluded the IDF from fielding as many as with the preceding Jericho-series missiles.

It is believed that the Jericho III (YA-4) is a nuclear armed ICBM[27][28] that entered service in 2011.[29] The Jericho III is believed to have two or three-stages, using solid propellant and having a payload of 1,000 to 1,300 kg. The payload could be a single 750 kg (150–400 kiloton)[29] nuclear warhead or two or three low yield MIRV warheads. It has an estimated launch weight of 30,000 kg and a length of 15.5 m with a width of 1.56 m. It may be similar to an upgraded and re-designed Shavit space launch vehicle, produced by Israel Aerospace Industries. It probably has longer first and second-stage motors. It is estimated by missilethreat.com that it has a range of 4,800 to 6,500 km (2,982 to 4,038 miles),[30] though a 2004 missile proliferation survey by the Congressional Research Service put its possible maximum range at 11,500 km (missile range is inversely proportional to payload mass).[31]
According to an official report that was submitted to the U.S. Congress in 2004, it may be that with a payload of 1,000 kg the Jericho III gives Israel nuclear strike capabilities within the entire Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia and almost all parts of North America, as well as large parts of South America and North Oceania. Missile Threat reports: "The range of the Jericho 3 also provides an extremely high impact speed for nearby targets, enabling it to avoid any Anti-Ballistic Missile (ABM) defenses that may develop in the immediate region."[30] On 17 January 2008 Israel test fired a multi-stage ballistic missile believed to be of the Jericho III type, reportedly capable of carrying "conventional or non conventional warheads."[32] On 2 November 2011, Israel successfully test fired a missile believed to be an upgraded version of the Jericho III at Palmachim; the long trail of smoke was seen throughout central Israel.[33] Israel's intercontinental ballistic missile launchers are believed to be buried so far underground that they would survive a first strike nuclear attack.[34][35]
After a successful missile test launch conducted In early 2008, Israeli weapons expert General Itzhak Ben-Israel, former chairman of the Israeli Space Agency at the Ministry of Science, said "Everybody can do the mathematics... we can reach with a rocket engine to every point in the world", thus appearing to confirm Israel's new capability. Israeli Ministry of Defense officials said that the 2008 test launch represented a "dramatic leap in Israel's missile technologies".[36]
After a further test in 2013 Alon Ben David published this opinion in an article in Aviation Week on the missile's range and throw weight: "Reportedly, Israel's Jericho III intermediate-range ballistic missile is capable of carrying a 1,000-kg (2,204-lb.) warhead more than 5,000 km."[37] Further tests conducted in July 2013 could have been for the Jericho 3 or possibly the Jericho 3A missile, a follow-up missile believed to have a new motor.

Arrow 3 (Israel)
Arrow 3, an upgraded version of Israel’s Arrow 2, is a U.S.-Israeli system designed to intercept medium-range ballistic missiles. This system, developed in response to growing capabilities by regional adversaries such as Iran, operates at a higher altitude and greater range than currently fielded defense systems.[size=9]1 Arrow 3 is capable of exo-atmospheric intercepts well beyond the range of its predecessor and provides the necessary upper tier to Israel’s multilayer defense apparatus, with a reported range of up to 2,400 km.2[/size]
Arrow 3 will consist of a two-stage interceptor that will destroy incoming ballistic missiles and ICBMs with an exo-atmospheric kill vehicle that will also be to maneuver midair to intercept its target. The interceptor is designed to operate in space, inciting speculation that Arrow 3 could be used as an anti-satellite weapon.[size=9]3[/size]

[size=34]Arrow 3 Development, Testing, and Fielding[/size]

Arrow 3 was developed by Israel Aerospace Industries and Boeing. The system includes new communications, guidance, and sensor systems. However, it is designed to be fully interoperable with the Arrow 2 system and uses some of the same resources as that system, including launchers and battle management centers.[size=9]4[/size]
After failing its first live intercept test in December 2014, Arrow 3 underwent a number of hardware and software updates. It has since completed a number of successful tests, including the first successful engagement of a ballistic missile target with the Arrow 3 interceptor on December 10, 2015.[size=9]5 This intercept was conducted in the exo-atmosphere and was designed to test how well the system could “detect, identify, track and then discriminate real from decoy targets traveling quickly through space.”6 A number of tests were conducted in 2016 to ensure capability before the system was deemed operational. 7 Arrow 3 completed development and was inducted into the Israeli Air Force on January 18, 2017. 8[/size]

[size=34]U.S. Contributions[/size]

The United States agreed to co-develop the Arrow 3 system with Israel in 2008, despite urgings by the U.S. Department of Defense for Israel to procure the THAAD system instead.[size=9]9 The United States and Israel deepened their cooperation on Arrow 3 in July 2010 when they signed a bilateral agreement furthering ties in developing and producing the system.10 Funding for the Arrow 3 system has been authorized by Congress since FY2008 and, between FY2008 and FY2015, the United States contributed $450M to the system. The FY16 NDAA authorized up to $15M for “the Arrow 3 Upper Tier Interceptor Program” and a further $19.5M for “Israeli Cooperative Programs” relating to Arrow 3.11[/size]
